3. Measurement auto range during sweep
While sweeping, measurements are performed in each step. When the measurement range is set to
Auto, auto ranging continues until measurement data is determined in each step.
4. Measuring an external power supply with current source voltage measurement (ISVM)
When an external voltage is measured with Auto range by following the procedure below, overload
(OVL) is detected and the output status is set to Standby.
1. Set the current source to 0 A and the limit voltage to 15 V.
The voltage measurement range with ISVM is set to the same as the voltage limiter range.
2. Connect the external power supply of 2 V.
