The auto range delay function is enabled only in the current measurement (IM) auto range.
It does not work in the fixed range or voltage measurement (VM).
The auto range delay (Tar) is set as a value with respect to the 30 A range. For other ranges, the values
in 1/10 multiples are set, as shown in the table below.
