8.5.4 Current Source/Current Limiter Calibration
1. Select the current calibration mode.
Current source: XIS
Current HI limiter: XILH
Current LO limiter: XILL
2. Select the range.
30 A rang: XR-1
300 A rang: XR0
3 mA rang: XR1
30 mA rang: XR2
300 mA rang: XR3
1 A range: XR4
4 A range: XR5
3. From this step, perform the same procedure as described in Section 8.5.2, "Volt-
age Source/Voltage Limiter Calibration."
4. Move to the next step.
When changing the current calibration mode: XNXT
When moving to current measurement calibration: XNXT  XIM

1. Move to the current measurement calibration mode by XIM.
2. Select the range.
30 A rang: XR-1
300 A rang: XR0
3 mA rang: XR1
30 mA rang: XR2
300 mA rang: XR3
1 A range: XR4
4 A range: XR5
3. From this step, perform the same procedure as described in Section 8.5.3,
"Voltage Measurement Calibration."
4. Move to the next step.
When changing the current range: XNXT
When moving to voltage source or voltage limiter calibration:
XNXT  XVS, XVLH, XVLL
