! Confirm your selection by pressing
the rotary control/push button .

Traffic messages
You can specify whether or not traffic
announcements should be read out
automatically by the unit and, if so,
which ones.
•
Announce arrivač time
You can specify whether the calculated
time of arrival should be announced
automatically once the route has been
calculated/recalculated.
•
Show speed čimits
If the function is on, the system will
inform you of the maximum permissi-
ble speed limit for the route along
which you are travelling during route
guidance, insofar as this information
is available.
•
ETA setting
You can configure the calculation of
the ETA. ETA stands for Estimated
Time of Arrival.
•
Unit of measure
You can convert the calculation of the
distances from metric (display in metres
and kilometres) to imperial (display in
yards and miles) system and vice versa.
Traffic announcements
You can specify whether or not traffic
announcements should be read out auto-
matically by the Cascade and, if so,
which ones.
! In the Settings menu, select the Traffic
messages
entry.
! Confirm your selection by pressing
the rotary control/push button .
! You may now select Announce mes-
sages
, On route ončy or Warnings ončy.

Announce messages
If this function is active, all traffic
announcements are made automati-
cally on receipt.
•
On route ončy
If you activate this function ( ),
only the traffic announcements rele-
vant to the route are made.
•
Warnings ončy
Activate this function ( ) to have
only warnings announced.
! Turn the rotary control/push button
to switch the required function on ( )
or off ( ).
