4.2.7 Paper is fed at an angle

<User Check>
• Check that the paper is set in each paper tray correctly.
• Flip over the paper in each paper tray or rotate the paper 180°.
• Adjust each paper guide according to each paper size.
• Check that the thickness of the paper is 60 to 120 g/m
2
for paper tray 1 to 5,
and 60 to 200 g/m
2
for MP tray.
• Check that there is not too much paper set in each paper tray.
• Check that each type of paper is appropriate.
• Clean each paper pick up roller.
• Check that the green envelope lever is not lowered on only one side.
• Replace the drum unit.
• Replace the toner cartridge.

Reattach the tray guide on the machine side.
Refer to the figure below.

One-side abrasion of the paper
pick up rollers
Replace the PF kit.
