At the “RX ID” prompt, input the name or identification number of the capsule to be
administered to this patient. The “RX ID” can consist of up to 19 numbers and/or letters.
Press F1 [NUM] to switch to numeric input and display “LET” for F1.
Press F1 [LET] to switch back to letter input and display “NUM” for F1.
Input the total dose in µCi and the number of capsules administered. The dose is entered for
reference only.
Input the time and date of administration if it is different from the default of “now”.
The number of capsules depends upon the Multi-Capsule option:
• “NO”: The line is not displayed.
• “ONE”: The number of capsules in the dose can be entered.
• “EACH” or “ALL”: The number of capsules for reference can be entered. The number
of capsules in the dose equals the number for reference.
Press the F4 [OK] key when all the data is correct.
Figure 10-2 will appear.
