At the “RX ID” prompt, input the name or identification number of the capsule to be
administered to this patient. The “RX ID” can consist of up to 19 numbers and/or letters.
Press F1 [NUM] to switch to numeric input and display “LET” for F1.
Press F1 [LET] to switch back to letter input and display “NUM” for F1.
Enter the total dose in µCi and the number of capsules administered. The dose is used in the
calculation but the number of capsules is entered for reference only.
Input the time and date of administration if it is different from the default of “now”.
Press the F4 [OK] key when all the data is correct.
Figure 11-13 will appear.
