sntp authentication-key
The sntp authentication-key Global Configuration mode command defines an authentication key for Simple Net-
work Time Protocol (SNTP). To remove the authentication key for SNTP, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
sntp authentication-key number md5 value
no sntp authentication-key number
Parameters
•
number — Key number (Range: 1-4294967295)
• value — Key value (Range: 1-8 characters)
Default Configuration
No authentication key is defined.

Multiple keys can be generated.
