The following example illustrates the output from the show bfd neighbor command.

Syntax: show bfd neighbor [interface ethernet <slot/port> | interface pos <slot/port> | interface
ve <port-no>]
The interface ethernet option displays BFD neighbor information for the specified ethernet
interface only.
The interface ve option displays BFD neighbor information for the specified virtual interface only.
This display shows the following information.
Mult The number of times that the router will wait for the MinRx time on this
port before it determines that its peer router is non-operational.
Sessions The number of BFD sessions originating on this port.

State The current state of the BFD session.
Up - Up
Down - Down

UNKNOWN – The current state is unknown.
