(Do not put finger(s) between the carrier tape feeder and the carrier tape take-up reel).
Be careful when
removing the slide
collection box. It
may become as hot
as 50℃ or higher.
Caution: High Temperature………..Extension Device and Dry Chamber areas
Even after the Main Unit is powered off, the Extension Device and the Dry Chamber
areas may remain hot due to residual heat. Physical contact may result in burn injuries.
When it is necessary to put your hand inside the System, turn OFF the System power
and wait for 30 minutes or more until the inside cools down.
Carrier tape
Caution: Be careful being pinched in the carrier tape unit.
Do not put your finger between the two disks of the carrier tape unit.
