4-10-3 Saving and deleting operation log data
Use the “INFORMATION” screen to save operation log data.
Touch MAIN on the “Slide Preparation Completed” screen to open the “MAIN” screen. Touch DRY
CHAMBER to open the “Dry chamber info” screen.
Touch COLLECT BOX for each shelf (collection box) to display the storage log data on the
Operation Panel. Then, save the log data to a USB memory device.
[Operational procedure]
① To save log data, touch UNLOCK DOORS on the “Dry Chamber Info” screen to unlock and
open the door of the touch panel. Plug the USB memory device to the USB port on the
back of the touch panel.
