5-3-7 Trimming (Surface Detection) Unit errors

Part: Surface detection PC
Symptom: Communication error
The surface detection PC failed to
respond to 5 consecutive
communication signals.
•Start the Auto Trimming application on the
accompanied PC.
•Check the disconnection or contact failure
of the communication cable and USB
camera cable by unplugging and plugging
them.
•If no improvement, reboot the PC and the
application.

Unit: Surface Detection Unit
Part: Trimming illumination
Symptom: Operation error
Misposition of the air cylinder for the
Auto Trimming illumination
•Check that the pressure of the
compressor is within the specified range.
•Remove the obstacles around the
lighting drive area (located upper left
side in the System).

Unit: Performance (Blade Mark
Check ) unit
Part: Performance (Blade mark
check) PC
Symptom: Operation error
Reply error from PC occurred 5
times consecutively during the blade
mark check PC communication
processing.
•Start the Blade Mark Check application
on the accompanied PC.
•Check the disconnection or contact failure
of the communication cable and USB
camera cable by unplugging and plugging
them.
•If no improvement, reboot the PC and the
application.
