4-18-4 Sample Holder
Touch SAMPLE HOLDER on the “Manual operation” screen to open the “Sample holder” screen. In
this mode, the following operations are available: Sample Holder LEFT/RIGHT (X-axial); Sample
Holder UP/DOWN (Z-axial); Humidify Control; Sample Holder Tilt Stage FWD/BWD and LEFT/RIGHT;
and measurements by touch sensors.

When Auto Trimming is available, TRIM DETECT buttons appear in the “L/R (left/right)” and “U/D
(up/down)” frames on the “Sample holder” screen.
