6-3 Maintenance check
6-3-1 Timing of
Maintenance check
AS-410M is a precision instrument which requires periodic inspection and replacement of parts
depending on the condition. Below are the main maintenance items and replacement parts in
addition to routine inspection.

Check if the scale of the oil is
between MIN and MAX when not
running.
Refill oil when the remaining
amount is insufficient.

that the compressor gauge stops
while the main unit is not running.

Check the intake filter.
Remove dust when it is dirty.

Air conditioner Clean the condenser fin when it is
clogged with dust.

Inside of the

Clean the inside of the equipment
with an air duster or a vacuum
cleaner to remove built-up
paraffin.
●
Humidifier Turn the cock on the rear side to
OPEN, and discard water
collected inside the humidifier
tank. Replenish it with fresh water
periodically.
Leave the water drained when
the System is not operated for a
long time.
●
Paraffin Suction Exchange the filter early when it is
dirty.
● Waste filter
Exchange the prefilter when it is
dirty.
● Prefilter
Clean the inside of the Suction
Nozzle tube with a thin brush
when grime or scrap are stuck to
it.

Application water

Replace the piezo pump when the
discharge volume is low.

Printer head Replace the printer head when
the color of the printed surface is
frequently too light or blurred.

* In addition to the above, replacement of the worn driving parts such as resin, rubber, air
cylinders, etc. may be necessary.
