6-1 Routine (daily) inspections

6-1-1 Cleaning the paraffin waste suction filter

The paraffin waste cleaner collects paraffin shaves during sectioning to avoid scattering waste.

Open the left side door and detach the pre-filter cartridge of the paraffin waste cleaner. Install the

filter to the pre-filter cartridge and place the pre-filter cartridge to the original position.

6-1-2 Cleaning the paraffin waste tray (Shavings Collection Drawer)

Clean the shavings collection drawer and the inside of the System as necessary.

After disposal of shavings, wipe the area with soft and dry cloth. Use a soft cloth soaked with

paraffin remover, etc. to remove persistent grime.

Before cleaning the inside of the System, empty the contents of the used-

blade collection box.

Rotate the pre-filter cartridge counterclockwise until it stops to make sure it is

set after the replacement to avoid it from coming out.

① Release the hinge to release the pre-

filter and holder from the unit.

② Change the filter. (Make sure to open

up the filter before setting it into the

pre-filter.）

③ Set the pre-filter in the unit, hook the

ring of the hinge, then secure it by

locking the hinge.
