6-2-5 Compressor check
If your system is equipped with the JUN-AIR compressor, check the following points
periodically.
< Drain the condensed water in the air compressor >
To maintain the air pressure, please drain the water once a week.
Securely place a paper towel or dust cloth at the point of tubing. Turn the service valve
counterclockwise to drain the water. After completely removing the water, securely close the
valve by turning it clockwise.
< Check the oil level and replenish oil in the compressor >
Verify the oil level and if necessary, replenish the oil on a weekly basis. Ensure that the oil level
is between the upper and the lower limit line of the checking window; replenish the oil if
necessary. Unscrew the oil cap and replenish the oil (JUN-AIR SJ-27) to the upper limit line.
Securely place a paper towel or dust cloth
at the point of tubing.

When replenishing the oil, turn both power switches of the AS-410M and the compressor OFF;
wait about one (1) hour.
