Warranty
Terms and Conditions of Warranty
This product has a warranty period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
If the product should fail during normal use in accordance with this Operation Manual and before the
warranty expiry date, we shall repair the product free of charge. Any replacement parts used for repair
during the warranty period shall have the same warranty period as that of the main body of the product.
Even before the expiry date, this warranty does not apply to the following:
1. Failure, injury, or damage caused due to misuse or abuse in violation of the instructions or warnings
regarding the intended purpose and/or use contained in this manual;
2. Failure, injury, or damage caused due to the replacement of detachable parts with incorrect or non-
genuine parts;
3. Failure, injury, or damage caused due to repair or modification performed by anyone other than DNS’s
designated department;
4. Failure or damage caused due to a fire, earthquake, flood, or any other natural disaster.
5. Failure, injury, or damage caused due to abnormal voltage or use with an out-of-spec power supply;
6. Replacement of consumable parts or accessories
We shall not be held responsible or liable for any consequential damage that may arise from failure
or the use of this System/product.
The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and DNS
regarding this product warranty. None of our sales representatives are authorized to modify, extend, or
add to this warranty on our behalf.
