< Humidification >
① SPRAY: Performs spraying.
② STOP: Stops spraying.
③ CHARGE: Refills moistening water.
< Tilting (GONIO) >
① ORIGIN: Resets the FWD/BWD and LEFT/RIGHT Tilts
of the Sample Holder.
② Touch JOG to display the UP/DN and L/R Jog controls
on the screen.
Touch and hold to tilt the Sample Holder leftward.
Touch and hold to tilt the Sample Holder rightward.
Touch and hold to tilt the Sample Holder backward.
Touch and hold to tilt the Sample Holder forward.
Touch the X and Y values to open a numerical keypad and change the values to adjust the tilt speed.
