Settings on the Init
ial/All Settings menu let you reset certain projector settings
to their default values and place the projector in rmware update mode so you
can update the rmware.

Reset All — Lets you select menus for resetting the

Firmware Update — Enters the rmwar
e update mode and
ready to update rmware using the USB-
A or USB-B port.

Reset All options
When y
ou select Reset All, you see the following screen.
If you do not want to reset values in particular menus, deselect the check box
next to t
he menu name. When you are ready to reset setting values, select
Execute.
You cannot reset the following settings:

Digital Zoom
•
Image Shi
•
User Pattern
•
Language
Attention
If yo
u perform Reset All, all of the passwords that have been set for the Network
menu are also reset and you need to set them again. To prevent the passwords
from being reset by unauthorized users, set Network to On in the Menu Protection
menu.
For the Network menu, if you turn on the Menu Protection setting, the
set
tings do not return to their default values when using the Reset All
option.
