STEP 14 DISASSEMBLE THE
CLASSIFIER CONVEYORS
1. Raise the Classifier conveyors to the
full “up” position to relieve tension on
the belts. (Illustration 38)
2. Remove the Idler Rollers from the
conveyor housing and slide.
3. Slide the retaining shafts out of each
of the Idler Rollers and place them in
the Cleanup Cart. (Illustration 39)
4. Remove the End Roller shafts in the
slots in the conveyor housings.

5. Remove the retaining shafts from
each of the End Rollers and place
them in the Cleanup Cart.
6. Remove the conveyor belts and hang
them in the Cleanup Cart.
