IMPORTANT!
“Machine Assembly” requires 2 people to
complete. Allow 30 minutes to assemble
the machine.

Follow your company’s lockout/tagout
procedure before assembling the
machine.
STEP 1 ASSEMBLE THE CLASSIFIER
CONVEYORS
1. Insert a retaining shaft into each of the
End Rollers. (Illustration 1)
2. Install the flats on the End Roller shafts
in the slots in the conveyor housings.
(Illustration 2)
3. Install the conveyor belts.
4. Insert a retaining shaft into each of the
Idler Rollers.
5. Insert the Idler Rollers and shafts into
the large opening in the housing and
slide the flats of the shaft down into the
retaining slots. (Illustration 3)
6. Lower the classifier conveyors onto the
lifting shafts to tension the belts.
