CLASSIFIER CONVEYORS: The Classifier Conveyors transfer
the finished product to the next conveyor system. (Illustration 32)
The Classifier Conveyors raise or lower to “reject” or “accept” the
finished drafts or stacks.
The Classifier Conveyor Belts are belt driven by the M16 Stepper
Motor. (Illustration 34) The Computer sends operational
information for the M16 Stepper Motor to the AR20 and AR21 I/O
CPU Module. The CPU Module sends the necessary command
signals through the AR20 and AR21 Stepper Modules to operate
the M16 Stepper Motor.
ACCEPT/REJECT CONVEYOR #1: The #1 Accept Reject
Conveyor is controlled by the YV13 Directional Valve. When the
“A” coil of YV13 energizes, the #1 Accept/Reject conveyor
“raises.” When the “B” coil energizes, the #1 Accept/Reject
Conveyor “lowers.”
ACCEPT/REJECT CONVEYOR #2: The #2 Accept Reject
Conveyor is controlled by the YV14 Directional Valve. When the
“A” coil of YV14 energizes, the #2 Accept/Reject conveyor
“raises.” When the “B” coil energizes, the #2 Accept/Reject
Conveyor “lowers.”
ACCEPT/REJECT CONVEYOR #3: The #3 Accept Reject
Conveyor is controlled by the YV15 Directional Valve. When the
“A” coil of YV15 energizes, the #3 Accept/Reject conveyor
“raises.” When the “B” coil energizes, the #3 Accept/Reject
Conveyor “lowers.”
