STEP 16 DISASSEMBLE THE TRANSFER
CONVEYOR
1. Raise the Transfer Guard to the “up”
position. (Illustration 48)
2. Pull the knob out and turn it to the left,
(counter-clockwise) to unlock the Infeed
section. (Illustration 49) Pivot the Infeed
section “down” to remove tension from the
belts.(Illustration 50)
2. Slide the flats of the Idler Roller shaft up
and out of the retaining slots in the side
frame. (Illustration 50)
3. Slide the Idler Shaft out of the Idler Roller
and place both of them in the Cleanup
Cart. (Illustration 51)
4. Remove the conveyor belts and hang
them on the Cleanup Cart. (Illustration 52)
