7. Slide the inner drive shaft through the
housing and gearboxes and into the
conveyor assembly. (Illustration 37)
Pivot the Drive Pulleys on the #2
Infeed Conveyor until the drive shaft
fully engages.
8. Pivot the Drive shaft Retainer Arm
“down” to lock the Drive shaft in place.

STEP 8 INSTALL THE SHEAR BAR
1. Slide the Shear Bar “down” into the
mounting bracket. (Illustration 39)
2. Slide the upper retaining bracket
“down” into the mounting bracket.
3. Install and tighten the 2 retaining bolts
to secure the Shear Bar in place.
4. Connect the Quick Connect airline to
the Product Holddown Chamber on the
retaining bracket. (Illustration 40)
