TRANSFER CONVEYOR: The Transfer Conveyor
transfers the finished product to the Dynamic Scale
Conveyors. (Illustration 26 and 28) The Transfer
Conveyor is belt driven by the M5 Servo Motor and
gearbox. The U6 Servo Drive controls the M5 Servo
Motor.
TRANSFER ALIGNMENT ACTUATOR: The “height” of
the Transfer Conveyor when the product transfers from
the Slicing Conveyor is controlled by the M17 Servo
Motor that directly drives the “Transfer Alignment” linear
actuator. (Illustration 27 and 28) The linear actuator is
connected to a linkage arm that connects to the Transfer
Conveyor. As the M17 Servo Motor turns forward or
backwards, the linear actuator extends or retracts to
pivot the Transfer Conveyor “up” or “down.”
