6. Insert the Idler Shaft into the Idler Roller.

7. Install the conveyor belts. (Illustration 9)
8. Install the Idler Roller under the belts and
slide the flats of the shaft into the retaining
slots in the side frame. (Illustration 9)
9. Align the conveyor belts. Make sure each
belt is aligned with the “v”-groove in the
rollers.
10. Pivot the Infeed section “Up” to tension the
Transfer Conveyor belts. (Illustration 10)
11. Push the retaining shaft knob “in” and turn
the knob to the right (clockwise), to lock the
Infeed section in position. (Illustration 11)
12. Unlatch and lower the “Transfer Conveyor”
cover into place. (Illustration 12)
