LOAF LIFT TRAY: The loaves of product are
loaded into the Loaf Lift Tray when it is in the
“down” position. (Illustration 5) The Loaf Lift Tray
raises to the “up” position to grip the product. The
“Raise Product Lift” signal is sent to the YV3-12
directional valve to “raise” the Product Lift. The
“Lower Product Lift" signal is sent to the YV3-14
directional valve to “lower” the Product Lift. These
signals are sent from the CPU over the Profibus to
the AR6 Safety Output Module.
SAFETY LASER SCANNER: The Laser Scanner
is a protective field. (Illustration 6) The “protective
field” informs the Laser Scanner when there is an
obstruction in the field and sends a “shutdown”
signal to the Computer.
The operator can load product onto the Lift Tray
without interrupting the machine operation. The
“protective field” shields the machine while the
product is lifted and swept over onto the Infeed
Conveyor Belts. If there is an obstruction in the
field, the Safety Circuit will stop the Loaf Lift, Loaf
Divider and the Loaf Sweep operation.
