AR18 Stepper Module #1: The AR18 Stepper Module
sends the power voltage to operate the #1 Dynamic
Scale Stepper Motor. (Illustration 138) The 24 VDC
Supply Voltage used to run the Stepper Motors is sent
from the AR16 Power Supply Module on wires 303 and
302. There are “Status” LED’s on the AR18 Module.
AR18 Status LED’s:
Green LED “E”:
Off - Module supply voltage not connected.
Single Flash - Module is in “reset” mode.
Blinking - Module is in preoperational mode.
On - Module is in “Run” mode.
Red LED “R”:
Off - Module not connected or everything is
“OK.”
On - Warning/Error or Reset State
LED “E and R”:
Steady Red and Single Green Flash - Invalid
Firmware.
Green LED’s 1-4:
Input Status for corresponding digital input.
Yellow LED M:
Motor Active.
