Smart Poll
Use the Smart Poll page to immediately establish a connection to the AIS server at the
Fujitsu Service Centre. This allows a support specialist to remotely access the ETERNUS
CS800 to diagnose a problem.

Activate Smart Poll only if you are instructed to do so by a Fujitsu support specialist.
To activate Smart Poll:
1. From the AISConnect page, click the Smart Poll tab.
2. When instructed to do so by a Fujitsu support specialist, click Smart Poll.
