System ID
This is the identifier for the plasma power supply. It is the last four digits of the MAC address. The
MAC address is on a label on the Wi-Fi module and on a label on the rear of the plasma power
supply.
Operator ID
This is the identifier for the device or client that has control of the plasma power supply. The first
part of the Operator ID shows the type of connection that sent a process, WiFi for wireless, Uart
422 for serial RS-422, or EtherCAT for EtherCAT.

has control on page 197.
