If the Gas Purge/Pump On state (3) completes correctly, the process continues with Wait for Start state
(5) on page 221.

Wait for Start state (5)
During the Wait for Start state (5), the CNC sends the Plasma Start command to the cutting system.
Is a new process or
Plasma Start selected?
For new process selection, continue to
Initial Checks state (2).
No
Yes
Wait for the CNC to send the Plasma Start command
to the cutting system.
Wait for a command:
Select a new process or Plasma Start (there is
no limit to how long the system waits for input).
OR
For a Plasma Start command, continue
to Preflow/Charge DC state (7).
If the Wait for Start state (5) completes correctly, the process continues with:
