Symptom Countermeasures Related Parts
Flipper is not recognized
In case there is no flipper operation sound when the printer is initialized or the
flipper is not recognized, check the flipper cable connection state. Refer to the
C.2 and check it.
Flipper is not working Refer to the below countermeasures.
1 Check the program setting Check it is set as both side in the printer properties.
2 The flipper connection cable is bad Check the flipper connection cable state. Refer to the manual C.2 and check it.
3 The flipper cable or flipper is bad Change the flipper cable or flipper. Refer to the manual C.2 and change it.

4 Main board is bad Change the main board.

When there is card jam in flipping
Press the left button of front LCD to replay. If the problem is not removed,
power off and open the rear cover of flipper and remove the card. If this
problem is happen so often, please refer to the below countermeasures.
1 The flipper setting value is changed. Refer to the manual 4.1.3.4 and adjusting the flipper.
2 The flipper cable or flipper is bad Refer to the C.2 and change it.
