Symptom Countermeasures Related Parts
Card is not inserted from the hopper
Press the left key on the front side of printer to replay. If it is
not moving and the problem is happen so often, please refer to
the below countermeasures.
1 Card size is not correct or it is not proper card
If the card is not in specification., it might be not inserted to the
hopper. It should be changed.

The setting of card thickness control lever is not
correct
Refer to 1.2.2 and adjust the card thickness .
3 Card arrangement is not proper
Arrange the cards as the manual 1.2.3 and put the cards again
to the hopper.
4 There is electrical static or moisture on the card
Arrange the cards as the manual 1.2.3 and put the cards again
to the hopper.
5 The hopper unit or connection cable are bad
If the card hopper is totally not working, check the connection
of card hopper and if there is no problem, the hopper cable and
hopper should be changed.

When there is moving error as the ribbon is rolled to the
printing roller or movement rollers.
Open the top cover, remove the ribbon which rolled to the card
and roller using the front LCD buttons. If the problem is happen
so often, please refer to the below countermeasures.
1 Card size is not correct or it is not proper card
If the card size is more large or small, the printing position
might be not correct. Refer to the manual 4.1.3.1 and reset the
printing position or change the card.
2 The printer’s printing position is set no properly
If the card size is more large or small, the printing position
might be not correct. Refer to the manual 4.1.3.1 and reset the
printing position.
