Symptom Countermeasures Related Parts
Printer is not working even if the printing data is
sent or the printer is not booting.
Refer to the below countermeasures.
1 Printer power is off. Power on the printer.
2 Using another DC adaptor. Check DC adaptor and use our adaptor which supplied with the printer.
3 Printer driver is not online but offline. Change to the online.

USB cable for the communication is not
connected or the connection is bad
Check the state and plug out and in for USB cable.

Printing is not proceeded by the proper printer
driver
Print through the proper printer driver
6 Printer driver port setting is wrong. Check the printer driver port setting is USB port.

There is no ribbon in the printer or the printer
have an error.
Install the ribbon or clear the printer error refer to this manual.
8 Ribbon balance is 0. Change to the new ribbon.

Power and communication cable are too long.
(Power cable : Over 1.5 M, communication
cable : Over 1.8M)
Using the cable which supplied from us.
10 USB port of PC is down. Reboot PC.
11 The printer communication USB cable is bad Change USB cable.
