Disassembly for elbow connector
To differentiate the motor variant with plug from the motor variant without plug, the locking
screw is marked with a plug symbol.
1 Plug 5 Locking screw
2 Assembly nipple 6 Shell nipple
3 Assembly sleeve 7 Seal insert
4 Intermediate socket 8 Thrust screw
4 Completely unscrew the thrust screw (8) with the 20-mm open-end wrench.
4 Ensure that the blue seal insert (7) is pulled off the shell nipple (6).
4 Completely unscrew the shell nipple (6) from the intermediate socket with the 14-mm
open-end wrench.
4 Loosen the locking screw (5) and push the intermediate socket (4) off the assembly sleeve (3).
4 Completely unscrew the assembly nipple (2) from the shaft end with the 14-mm open-end
wrench. Ensure that the assembly sleeve (3) and the cable do not turn in the process.
4 Pull the plug (1) with the cable out of the permanently installed socket in the shaft.
