To replace an SRX5400 Services Gateway AC power supply cord, perform the following procedures:

Disconnecting an SRX5400 Services Gateway AC Power Supply Cord
WARNING: Before working on an AC-powered device or near power supplies, unplug
the power cord.
To disconnect the AC power cord:
1. Unplug the power cord from the power source receptacle.
2. Wrap and fasten one end of the ESD grounding strap around your bare wrist, and connect the other
end of the strap to the ESD point on the chassis.
3. Move the AC switch next to the appliance inlet on the power supply to the off position (O).
4. Unplug the power cord from the appliance inlet on the power supply.
