If the control board is not communicating with the Client/Comms
If the Client/Comms is communicating with the control board using COM4

Follow Restore Factory Defaults J1 procedure in attempt to resolve
Flashing: Normal Control board receiving Client/Comms communication data from CM
module connected to H2 header
Not Illuminated If CM module not connected to H2 header
If the control board is not communicating with the Client/Comms
If the Client/Comms is communicating with the control board using COM4
TD 3 – Red
Illuminated: Abnormal
condition
Possible fault on CM
Possible wiring fault
Flashing: Normal Control board sending data via communication path determined by J16 –
pins F & G to Client/Comms
Not Illuminated If CM module connected to H2 header for communication with the
Client/Comms software
If Client/Comms not polling the control board
If J16 – pins F & G are configured for on-board NETCOMP programming
