VALVE PLUG REASSEMBLY
1. Install plunger, steel ball, spring, lubricated o-ring and screw plug. Torque screw plugs
to 75 lb-in. (8.5 Nm).

Valve Block Installation
1. Install lubricated O-rings and dowel pins.
2. Install valve block to shock rod cylinder. Insert screws to shock rod cylinder and torque
to 100 lb-in. (11 Nm).
