Description
Use Program 20-06 : Class of Service for Extensions to assign a Class of Service (COS) to an ex-
tension. There are 15 Classes of Service that can be assigned. To specify the options in each Class of
Service, refer to Programs 20-07 through 20-13. You make eight entries for Program 20-06, one for
each Night Service Mode.
