system after the call is set up.
Enter 0 if the Tie Line should
not send dial tone.

Restriction
0 = System
1 = Each Extension
0 Determine if an incoming Tie
Line call should be subject to
Toll Restriction. If it is set to 0
then it will use the Program
21-05-13, if it is set to 1 then it
will used Programs 21-05-01
~ 21-05-13.
