Description
Use Program 81-06 : ISDN BRI & PRI Layer 3 (T-Point) Timer Setup to define the various basic tim-
ers for layer 3 of ISDN BRI/PRI (defined in Program 10-03-04).

data link. This timer is only valid for Net-
work side use only.

second of the timer to be started when
connection request is sent. Valid range 1 ~
4 seconds in 1 second increments. Value
of 0 indicates timer not used.
