Description
Use Program 41-14 : ACD Options Setup to set various options for ACD Groups. When you set an
option for an ACD Group, the setting is in force (if applicable) for all agents in the group. The chart
below shows each of the ACD options, the entries available, and the default entry.

for agents using headsets.

2nd Announcement
0 = Enable (Yes)
1 = Disable (No)
Determine whether the caller should hear
the 2nd Delay Announcement and then be
taken out of queue (1), or be placed back
into queue (0).

Duty mode
1 = Change to Off Duty

Enable (1)/Disable (0) Automatic Off Duty
(rest) mode for agents with single line tele-
phones.

receive internal calls in ACD Off Duty

End Time

Wrap Up End Time when Wrap key is
pressed, or automatically put into Wrap
mode.
