Description
Use Program 20-09 : Class of Service Options (Incoming Call Service) to define the incoming call
feature availability for each extension Class of Service (COS).

sion does not have a trunk key
available for the second call and
a pr
evious call is ringing the ex-
tension but has not yet been an-
swered, the second caller hears
busy regardless of this program
setting.
