16.12.5. Clearing away
(1) Turn off [ON/OFF] SW of bubble detector.
(2) Close clamp of saline line.
(3) Open blood pump cover.
(4) Remove rolling tube of blood line from blood pump.
(5) Remove venous main tube from bubble detector and clamp.
(6) Clamp arterial pressure monitor line and disconnect the line from arterial pressure inlet
port.
(7) Clamp venous pressure monitor line and disconnect the line from venous pressure inlet
port.
(8) Dislodge syringe from its holder.
(9) Dislodge dialyzer from its holder.
(10) Dislodge arterial drip chamber from its holder.
(11) Dislodge venous drip chamber from its holder.
(12) Discard used dialyzer, blood line, saline vial and syringe.
16.12.6. Completion of blood recovery
(1) Press [DIALYSIS] SW once.
z[DIALYSIS] SW lamp is OFF.
z[PREP.] SW lamp is OFF.
z[BYPASS] SW lamp is OFF.
zFluid line function is disabled.
zShift to rinse wait process is followed.
(2) Remove concentrate line connectors from dialysate concentrate connectors and
connect the line connectors to respective rinse ports.
(3) Check correct connector connection.

z Execute post rinsing based on procedures specified in Chapter 14.
