18.2. Regular check by engineer
Check the machine at each time when 500 hours are indicated in hour meter or yearly
whichever earlier.
Check the hour meter indication by selecting SERVICE FREQUENCY in maintenance mode 8.
If error is detected, instruct not to operate the machine and report to qualified engineer
having knowledge how to maintain the machine.

z Disinfect fluid line inside before operating the machine to avoid infection.

4. Check of accuracy of syringe pump infusion rate
5. Check of accuracy of UF

7. Check of accuracy of blood pump flow rate
8. Check of accuracy of bubble sensor
9. Check of accuracy of temperature sensor
10. Check of accuracy of conductivity cell
11. Replacement of components of fluid supply filter
12. Replacement of components of electromagnetic valve
13. Replacement of component of pump
