18.2.9. Check of accuracy of temperature sensor
(1) Required devices
Calibrated thermometer and silicone tube
(2) Set calibrated thermometer at place near temperature sensor and check that difference
of the sensor indication in maintenance mode 1 screen from thermometer indication is
within ±0.8℃.
(3) Execute the above steps (2) and (3) to check accuracy of each of temperature sensors:
T1, T2 and T3.
ＮＯＴＥ
z Check the accuracy at low temperature (in water rinse process) and at high temperature
(in preparation end process).
z Place calibrated thermometer at position near temperature sensor (within 50cm).
