11.4.3 Method to set dilution rate of acetic acid concentrate
It is necessary to release protect for setting based on the procedure specified in “Service
Manual” to set dilution rate of acetic acid concentrate.
(1) Press [F･5] SW to display maintenance menu screen.
(2) Press [F･3] or [F･4] SW to display "MODE7" and press [F･1] SW.

11.4.4 Check of residual acetic acid

z If acetic acid remains in the machine even though the amount is small, patient life may be
threatened.
z Execute water rinse for 30 minute or more after acid rinse. The time, however, is changed
according to diluted acetic acid concentration and dialysate flow rate. It is recommended
to check residual acetic acid amount using test paper or reagent.
