During rinse end process, rinse result is displayed. Displayed information is defined by
selected mode.

z If any SW on operation panel is not pressed for ≧30 minutes during rinse end screen is
displayed, back light is automatically turned off. By pressing the SW, the light is ON.
9.3.4.1 RINSE1: WATER
Rinse time of 00 min is displayed to indicate fluid line function stop.
Press [F･5] SW to display settingⅠscreen.
