SEQUENTIAL DIALYSIS
It is possible to execute UF only during double needle or single needle mode in dialysis
process by stopping dialysate flow to dialyzer.
By pressing [F･2] SW during dialysis screen is displayed, sequential dialysis (SQHD) is
started.

z Basic procedures can be found in Chapters 15 and 16. Read them.
z If dialyzer is not primed with dialysate, sequential dialysis (SQHD) is disabled.
1. ON setting of sequential dialysis
(1) Press [F･5] SW to display dialysis screen.
(2) Press [F･2] SW to start sequential dialysis.
(3) Check indication of <SQHD> in the screen.

z By ON setting during dialysis, sequential dialysis is started immediately.
z When ON is set during any process other than dialysis previously, sequential dialysis is
started immediately after pressing [UF DAIALYSE] SW.
z Immediately after start of sequential dialysis, dialysate flow may not be stopped for
scores of seconds to several minutes to control timing of dialysate flow stop by the
machine. This is not failure of the machine.
2. OFF setting of sequential dialysis
(1) Press [F･5] SW to display dialysis screen.
(2) Press [F･2] SW to stop sequential dialysis.
(3) Check no indication of <SQHD> in the screen.
