18.2.13.3. Replace method
(1) Remove three small screws and then remove pump part from motor①.
(2) Remove four small screws and then remove pump head⑰
(3) Remove gasket A⑱.
(4) Remove three small screws and then remove mounting plate⑦, packing B⑳, bracket⑧,
gasket B⑲ from pump part
(5) Remove rear casing⑤. Keep on packing C to rear casing.（Be careful for remaining
some solution inside rear casing.）Rear casing⑤ can be removed by turning front
bearing⑬ and rear casing⑤. Pull rear bearing⑭ carefully keeping shaft of drive gear⑨
if rear bearing⑭ is remained inside rear casing⑤.
(6) Remove magnet ring② using tweezers and remove retinas spring.
CAUTION
● Remove magnet ring slowly and gently.

(7) Remove magnet can ⑥ from drive gear⑨. Do not allow dust stick to magnet can.
(8) Remove rear bearing⑭, rear plate⑯, drive gear⑨, slave gear⑩, gear case⑪, flat pin⑫,
front plate⑮, front bearing⑬ in this order. Take care for each component not to be
damaged.
(9) Attach front bearing⑬, rear bearing⑭ to O-ring. Paint silicon grease to O-ring before
attachment.
(10) Attach flat bearing⑫ to front bearing⑬. Assemble front plate⑮, gear case⑪, drive gear
⑨,
slave gear⑩, rear plate⑯, rear bearing⑭ in this order. Take care for each component is
fixed
hole position.
Insert direction of drive gear⑨ and slave gear⑩ as shown in Fig.18-22.
